1. What this is

TXC Core is a working tool for people building and maintaining TEXITcoin core and its Omni layer 2. It is not a wallet, an exchange, a custodian, or a financial service. Nothing here is investment advice.

2. Access

Access requires an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your account. We may suspend access that is abusive, unlawful, or that puts the project or its contributors at risk.

3. Contributions

Notes, tasks and technical content you add to this workspace are shared with other signed-in contributors. Do not post secrets, private keys, seed phrases, or anyone else's confidential information. Code contributions to TEXITcoin are governed by the license in the core repository, not by this document.

4. Software is provided as-is

TEXITcoin, the Omni layer, build instructions, and everything referenced here are provided without warranty of any kind. Running node software, upgrading consensus code, and broadcasting transactions carry real risk, including permanent loss of funds. You are responsible for your own backups, testing, and operational decisions.

5. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers and contributors are not liable for any loss arising from use of this workspace, the software it describes, or the network itself.

6. Changes

These terms may change as the project evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
